Correction of so-called “bat wings” or loose arm skin is especially sought after in Florida where short sleeves or no sleeves are a year-round occurrence. Sometimes fluctuations of weight can contribute to this, but most of the arm laxity is a combination of loss of elasticity of the arm skin in combination with less muscle mass of the upper arm.
