Robert L. Bashore, M.D.

Robert L. Bashore, M.D. is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who was also previously board certified in general surgery. He is a retired Major in the United States Air Force.

Dr. Bashore is a Brevard local attending both Satellite High School and FIT. He completed medical school at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He did an internship in general surgery at David Grant Medical Center and completed his general surgery residency at Wright State University. Dr. Bashore then went on to do his Plastic and Reconstructive residency at Wilford Hall, Lackland AFB where he later served as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Bashore has performed numerous cosmetic facial, breast and body contouring surgeries. He has twice served as the Medical Staff President at Cape Canaveral Hospital and maintains privileges at Cape Canaveral Hospital and Rockledge Regional Hospital. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons
