Scott J. Engel, M.D.

Sarasota board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Scott J. Engel, is a cosmetic surgeon offering specialized treatments for the face, breast, and body. Dr. Engel is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, and his M.D. at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Saint Louis University Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. Dr. Engel completed an additional fellowship in aesthetic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. He received extensive training in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast and body contouring, and fat injections. During his training, Dr. Engel won both national and regional awards in clinical research at plastic surgery conferences throughout the country.
