C. Roberto Palma, M.D.

Dr. Palma is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; the only official body authorized to certify fully trained Plastic Surgeons, and has been practicing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for over 25 years. He received his medical training and education at some of the best universities in the nation.

After graduating from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, with an M.D. degree, Dr. Palma served his General Surgery Internship and Residency at the University of California in San Francisco. He went on to complete his Residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center in California. His training included fellowships in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery at Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, and a Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Calgary, Canada.
He is a member of the medical staff at multiple local hospitals and has served as Chief of the Medical Staff, Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Head of the Division of Plastic Surgery at North Ridge Medical Center and various other hospitals in Fort Lauderdale.

In 1996 Dr. Palma opened the Sunrise Intracoastal Plastic Surgery Center, which is fully accredited by the AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc) He remains its Medical Director and on-staff Plastic Surgeon. The facility also features a mini medi-spa which offers medically supervised skin care and rejuvenation services by a full-time Medical Aesthetician.
