Our 57-year-old patient sought a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance, addressing concerns about aging around her eyes and forehead. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty to correct drooping eyelids and reduce under-eye bags, which brightened her eyes and softened her gaze.
