Breast Augmentation with Lift #18391

This patient chose to have a breast augmentation with lift to address volume loss and sagging. Dr. Fiala performed the procedure using silicone implants placed beneath the muscle, along with a lift to elevate and reshape the breast. A dual plane technique was used to achieve a balanced, natural contour. These photos were taken two months after surgery, when much of the initial healing had occurred, though results will continue to settle over time. This case highlights how thoughtful surgical planning can restore proportion and symmetry. Each patient’s anatomy and goals are different, and results will vary from person to person.
