This case features a 32-year-old female who underwent breast augmentation using Allergan silicone gel implants. The implants, sized at 350cc, were placed submuscularly through a periareolar incision. Initially a size B, the patient's post-operative bra size is now a D. After six months, the images exhibit an increase in breast volume and fullness while maintaining natural contours. The periareolar incisions appear well-healed with minimal visible scarring. This procedural approach facilitated the placement of the implants and achieved a noticeable enhancement in breast size, as evidenced by the comparison of pre-operative and post-operative photographs.
