Case Notes
Patient Case: 55-year-old female undergoing breast augmentation. Procedure Details: Subpectoral placement of Mentor 335 cc, Xtra high-profile, smooth, round cohesive gel implants via periareolar incisions. The patient presented with slight ptosis and an asymmetrical sternal notch to nipple distance (22 cm left, 22.5 cm right), opting against a periareolar lift. Observations from Images: Post-procedure images exhibit an enhancement in breast volume and contour. The implants have achieved a symmetrical appearance, addressing the initial slight asymmetry in nipple height. The skin integrity is maintained without visible signs of distress around the incision sites. Overall, the surgical intervention has resulted in a balanced and natural-looking augmentation of the breasts. Note: Each case is unique; results may vary.
