This patient lost 200 pounds after bariatric surgery and had undergone some previous skin removal by another surgeon. She presented because she still had a significant amount of loose skin - more than what is expected after skin relaxation - and wanted a revision. We performed an L-brachioplasty with forearm reduction, mastopexy, and reverse tummy tuck to correct the upper body skin laxity. Next up is her lower body lift which is in the plan for her future!
