This newborn male born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate was treated with presurgical orthopedics with a Latham appliance to align his protruding deviated premaxilla with the palatal segments prior to lip repair. He underwent a bilateral cleft lip repair, repair of his gum line and nasal tip at approximately 3 months of age. The post op photographs show him at 4 months of age and at 2 years old.
