Case Overview: A 60-year-old female patient underwent a High SMAS facelift with resection of submandibular glands as well as subplatysmal fat. The post-operative images were taken eight months following the procedure. In the after photo, notable changes include an enhanced definition of the jawline and a more refined neck contour. Additionally, there is an apparent reduction in skin laxity around the lower face and neck area. Overall she shows a more youthful, natural look without any obvious signs of having had any surgery.
