This patient developed breast cancer, and had a bilateral mastectomy with implant reconstruction. What she did with her life after her diagnosis was extremely impressive. She survived her cancer, and then lost 50 pounds and presented for body contouring.

We performed an exchange of her implants with mastopexy to revise her reconstruction, combined with a torsoplasty. After she recovered from this operation, we performed a tummy tuck. As always, both stages were combined with liposuction for contouring and enhancing her shape!
