This case involves a 20-year-old female with severe prognathism and a "gummy" smile who underwent a two-piece Le Fort I Maxillary Advancement and Bilateral Sagittal Split Mandibular Setback. Seven years post op she maintains a balanced aesthetically pleasing facial profile and a Class I occlusion. Her excessive gingival show has been corrected and she shows a beautiful smile.
