This case involves a 65-year-old female patient who underwent a facelift, neck lift, and both upper and lower blepharoplasty. The procedures employed the SMAS technique for the facelift and cervical platysmaplasty for the neck lift. The post-operative photos were taken 12 months following the surgery. Observations from the before-and-after images indicate a reduction in skin laxity around the jawline and neck area, resulting in a more defined jaw contour. Additionally, the modifications to the eyelids through blepharoplasty are visible with reduced under-eye bags and less hooding of the upper eyelids. These changes align with typical outcomes of these procedures aimed at rejuvenating facial features by addressing sagging skin and refining contours.
