Case Notes
This case study involves a 66-year-old female patient who underwent multiple facial rejuvenation procedures, including a high SMAS facelift, prepilar subcutaneous forehead lift, upper lid blepharoplasty, subperiosteal cheek lift, neck lift, and perioral dermabrasion. The post-operative images taken three months after the procedure exhibit notable changes in facial contour and skin texture. The forehead shows a smoother appearance with a visible reduction in skin laxity. Eyelid surgery results reveal less hooding and a more open look to the eyes. The mid-face region appears more elevated, contributing to a refreshed facial structure. Additionally, the neck appears well contoured and defined and most importantly she has a very natural result .
