Facial Surgery Procedures

Brow Lift

As we age, the effects of gravity and time can cause the brow to descend, resulting in a tired, angry, or aged appearance. A forehead brow lift, also known simply as a brow lift, is a powerful rejuvenating procedure that elevates the brow and smooths the forehead. By addressing deep frown lines and drooping brows, FSPS member surgeons help patients achieve a refreshed and youthful look with natural results tailored to their anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Ear deformities may be acquired or congenital (present since birth). These may be correctible with ear surgery (otoplasty). This surgery aims to improve the appearance of the outer ear in both children and adults.

BLEPHAROPLASTY

Whether due to age, genetics, or lifestyle, the delicate eye area is often one of the first to make us look tired and show our age. Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, is a precise and effective procedure performed by FSPS member surgeons to restore a more youthful, rested appearance. From subtle rejuvenation to functional correction, our board-certified surgeons offer expert care across Florida.

Facelift

Facelift surgery, or rhytidectomy, helps restore a youthful appearance by addressing signs of aging in the face and neck. The most common effects of facial aging are loss of skin elasticity or tightness and thinning of the skin, drooping of the skin, loss of volume, and loosening of the deeper tissues of the face (often referred to as the SMAS). The SMAS and muscles of the face fall and sit lower in the face or neck.  These changes affect both the face and neck. While fillers can restore some volume and nonsurgical devices can help tighten the skin to a modest degree, they cannot fully take the place of surgery that can remove excess skin, tighten deeper tissues and move the soft tissues into their optimal position, restoring a more youthful appearance. FSPS member surgeons across Florida are experts at providing natural, lasting results tailored to your individual needs.

LIP REJUVENTATION

The lips are central to facial expression, youthfulness, and beauty. Over time, age, sun exposure, lifestyle, and changes in facial anatomy can lead to thinning lips, fine lines, and loss of definition. FSPS member surgeons offer a range of effective lip rejuvenation treatments—from subtle fillers to advanced surgical and laser procedures—to restore natural volume, contour, and skin quality.

Neck Lift

Neck lift surgery rejuvenates your neck by tightening loose skin, removing excess fat, and correcting slack muscle. This creates a smoother, younger-looking neckline and jawline. FSPS member surgeons across Florida specialize in natural-looking results tailored to your individual anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Rhinoplasty

Whether enhancing facial harmony, improving breathing, or both, rhinoplasty—commonly known as a “nose job”—is a highly individualized procedure that blends aesthetics and function. FSPS member surgeons across Florida offer expert care to help patients achieve natural-looking results and renewed confidence.

A well-defined jawline is a key element of an attractive and balanced face in both men and women. Chin augmentation enhances the shape and projection of the chin, improving overall facial proportions, particularly in patients with a recessed or underdeveloped chin.

Is Facial Surgery Right for Me?

Facial surgery is recommended for men and women in good health without medical conditions that may hinder the healing process. It is important to have a positive outlook and realistic expectations prior to your surgery. Some procedures may be appropriate for children or teens. If you think facial surgery may be right for you, consult an FSPS member surgeon.

Elements of a Facial Surgery

A facelift generally entails making incisions along the hairline and ear. These incisions are placed to be as unnoticeable as possible. The muscles and deeper tissues underneath the skin are repositioned, and any excess skin is removed.

Brow lifts are performed by making small incisions in the hairline and making small adjustments to the muscle and tissue in the forehead.

Eyelid surgery can be performed on the top or bottom eyelid. Fat and/or excess skin are removed as needed.

Nasal surgeries reshape the appearance of the nose or alter the nasal passages for improved breathing. Incisions vary in rhinoplasty but are normally mostly or entirely within the nose to be hidden from view. Adjustments are made to the bone and cartilage of the nose.

Hair replacement treatments can be accomplished with several techniques. It may involve grafting small sections of hair to encourage growth in areas of baldness. Larger sections of the scalp may be gently repositioned to remove bald spots.
