Dr. Learn received specialized plastic surgery training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she held the distinction as Chief Resident in her plastic surgery class.
Dr. Learn relocated to South Florida after practicing plastic surgery for 11 years in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, and quickly earned a reputation for outstanding work in both the plastic surgery and local communities.
