    Please take a close look at all the categories below and add together ALL that apply.  On the next page you will be asked to complete a credit card form.  You MUST enter the total amount you have determined from this page and enter it with all of your information.   ​

    In the comment box type in Spouse, Additional Guest(s) or Child(s) name(s) and/or any additional information about your registration. Spouse/Guest items will be very limited this year due to social distancing restrictions and hotel limitations.

    If you are purchasing a day pass please indicate which day(s) in the comment box. ​

    If you wish to pay by check download the Registration Form at the bottom of this page and mail back to the Society Office with your check.  ​

    Full Registration includes: Breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Breaks, Lunch on Friday and Saturday, Friday Reception, Educational Program Friday - Sunday. (Saturday dinner requires an additional fee.) Badges required in exhibit area. ​

    Saturday Reception RSVP IS REQUIRED: Paid Registrants are complimentary, Spouse/Guest will be an additional $75 per person (space is very limited, everyone is required to have a seat.) ​

    Cancellation Policy: Full refunds minus a $50 service fee will be considered if written notice of cancellation is received on or before September 15, 2020. No refunds after September 15, 2020.
